Parliamentarians from Pakistan and Afghanistan have demanded joint oversight on terrorism policies adopted by Pakistan and Afghanistan through setting up of Parliamentary Committees comprising MPs from both countries. “The policies adopted by the two countries to manage terrorism need to be driven by the aspirations of the people and not of foreign countries and donors.
